Each mission's objective is to carry out whatever is specified in the screen's upper left corner. Just touch the item to obtain it, and just touch the girl to save her.

The game's physics system is fairly realistic, giving players a sense of collision and weight. It is fatal to fall from a height.

The Sega Mega Drive's extremely condensed version only features four regular levels and a battle with the final boss. There are three different levels of difficulty to pick from, but they just change how much damage is incurred from opposing gunfire.
One of the game's minor technical problems is that you can't shoot down without first shooting a straight bullet.
