Ecco the Dolphin is a 2D Platformer video game published by Novotrade, SEGA released in 1993 for the SEGA Genesis.
Ecco's sonar is kept as a means of interacting with other crustaceans (no longer known as Singers in the game) and certain environmental objects, and a sonar map can be displayed. The same movement style is preserved with minor changes to the 3-D environment. The control bar now only changes the direction Ecco is facing; Pressing left and right changes the direction he faces horizontally and pressing up and down changes the vertical direction. To really move forward, the player must press a button to increase speed and hold that button to sustain. Out of the country, Ecco is able to perform aesthetically pleasing complete jumble moves in the air just like the original games. Charging enemies is considered Ecco's standard attack, although the designers have added a move feature. The health and air gauges are also retained, although the health meter can be increased by collecting energy called Vitality and the meter has a slightly different interface than the Mega Drive games.
Use arrow key and try some key ( Shift, Enter, Z, X, A, S , Q, E, R, T, G, F, H ) to controls the game.
