In this game, one or two players take control of characters that are armed with harpoon guns and are tasked with destroying a variety of balloons of varying sizes that bounce about each single-screen stage.

When the balloons are struck by a harpoon, they disintegrate in a manner that is analogous to the iconic video game „Asteroids“ that was released by Atari in 1979.

For the most part, players are only able to fire the harpoon guns in an upward direction, however, they can move left and right and ascend the ladders that are present on several of the stages. There are two distinct styles of play available in this game: the PANIC MODE and the TOUR MODE.
