Kung-Fu Master

Irem and Data East created the side-scrolling arcade game Kung-Fu Master in 1984. The game was created by Takashi Nishiyama based on Hong Kong martial arts movies.
A four-way joystick and two punch-kick buttons are used to control Thomas.
The joystick must be used to jump while squatting. To punch or kick, you can stand, crouch, or jump.
Kicks have a longer range and more power than punches. To keep track of damage, Thomas has a health meter. Though he can withstand a lot of harm, too much will kill him.

Tom Toms are dwarf boxers who can grab Thomas or perform somersaults to strike him in the head while he is crouching. Grippers can grip Thomas and drain his energy. Knife throwers must hit twice.
Falling balls, pots, snakes, dangerous caterpillars, fire-breathing dragons, and exploding confetti can be found on even-numbered floors. Have a wonderful time!

Controls Guide
