Play retro game Wiz'n'Liz (USA) on your browser for free. Wiz'n'Liz (USA) is a 2D platform game for the SEGA Genesis that was made by Psygnosis and came out in 1993.

How to play Wiz'n'Liz (USA)

The game is spread out over a number of levels, with eight worlds in each level. The graphics and sounds in each world are different, but the basic gameplay is the same. Wiz and/or Liz have a short amount of time to run through the landscape and gather wabbits.

To win, the player must figure out a magic word at the top of the screen with the floating letters that show when a wabbit is picked up. After getting a full word, the player has to save all the rabbits that are still on the level.

The rabbits then drop collectible fruit, stars, and clocks that make the time limit longer. The timer starts at three minutes and doesn't start over until the player character dies. You can get extra time, though, by catching an orange glowing orb that shows up in the last ten seconds of a countdown and gives you thirty seconds of extra time.

At the end of each stage, the collected fruit can be mixed in a cauldron. Depending on the fruit, the result could be extra points, a minigame, a weird visual effect, some silliness (like saying "Game Over" and killing the player's character, then bringing them back with a sheepish "Only joking..."), changing the colors of the rabbits, or "Absolutely Nothing."
