The video game Tecmo Bowl features American football and was created and released by Tecmo. A 1987 arcade game was first made available. 
With room for up to four players, a big two-screen cabinet, and the option to break tackles, the original game stood out.

It replaces the four players in the arcade with two players. Users can choose from three modes: single-player, two-player, and coach. The user selects a team and competes against the computer in single-player mode.
The computer will select a new team to play, and the player stays with the old selection. After each game, the player wins. The computer will be given a password to continue the search for the title. 
When playing a game with a second person in two-player coach mode, the player only gets to determine the turns.
